We feel very fortunate to welcome Eric Branson to the Whatcha Know Joe family.  In the past twelve years, Eric has roasted for some of the most respected coffee companies in the Pacific Northwest. 

As our lead roaster, Eric will oversee roast consistency and new blend development, as well as the training of apprentice roasters as we continue to grow.
